Step 2: Fill in all the required information and sign the form where indicated.

Step 3: Scan the completed and signed form.

Step 4: Upload the scanned form together with the required supporting documents using the submission section below.

Required Supporting Documents

Please attach the following documents:

• A certified copy of your National ID, Passport, or other valid identification document.
• KRA PIN Certificate.
• Passport-size photograph.
• Proof of bank account in your name.
• Any additional documents requested in the onboarding form.

• All uploaded documents should be clear, legible, and in PDF, JPEG or PNG format.
• Incomplete applications or missing documentation may delay the onboarding process.
